How it works:
Delivery of your Emma mattress and the pick up of your old mattress will be scheduled separately.
Delivery schedules of your Emma products will be indicated on the purchase page, roughly 2 to 8 days.
Old mattresses pick up schedules are based on on availability, so our Customer Service team will be in touch with you after payments are processed for the service.

Terms and conditions: Mattress pick up and removal service fees are not part of our refunds should you decide to return your Emma mattress with our 200-night trial.
