When you want to return your Emma mattress simply e-mail our customer service team at [email protected] and we will arrange for a pickup at zero cost to you.
After we initiate a return for you, a donation/charity will contact you for mattress collection. After we have received notification from the pickup organization that they have your Emma mattress, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
As soon as the return has arrived after pickup, we will then issue your refund. Please bear in mind that the refund may take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the payment method you used.
Please contact customer service to check the status of your refund via email or chat.
Installment refunds are processed the same way as credit card refunds, if you experience any issues please contact PayPal customer service.
